The Kilby range of electric convection ovens are designed for use with 40cm x 60cm baking trays and are available in a range of sizes from 4 to 12 trays capacity.
Each oven is built with a fully stainless steel body and insulated with compressed rockwool panels for greater efficiency.
A 30 program memory controller with warm up timer, two speed fan and inbuilt steam system makes these ovens suitable for baking a wide range of bread, morning goods and pastry products
Kilby ovens can be supplied as counter top ovens, or on a mobile stand, or on prover or retarder prover bases.
