Features of the Europa Marconi electric setter oven:
Powerful heating elements, the heart of the oven,
are made of AISI 321 carbon
stainless steel, diameter 10 mm, and they have a
reinforced structure near oven doors to improve baking. They are covered by 10 years warranty.
MARCONI baking decks are completely independent to allow selection of different temperature and power for ceiling and floor in this way it is possible to bake various products in each deck or, if required, it is possible to use only some decks avoiding having to
heat the whole oven.
MARCONI does not need flues, this means
lower installation costs and greater safeguard
of the environment we live in
