The Newton convection oven is available with 5 tray or 10 tray capacity. The trays are 400mm x 600mm. The oven can be supplied with an under-oven prover or on a mobile stand. A steam generator is built in.
The design emphasis has been to achieve an even, solid bake throughout the oven.
The Newton is ideal for use as a bake-off oven for savouries, rolls and confectionery.
