Becketts-Ramalhos electric multi-deck ovens have all the options covered. One, two or three trays wide, four crown heights, steel or tile soles, steam generators, analogue or digital controls, modular construction, steam extraction hood, stainless panels all round, and under oven prover.
One special feature of these deck ovens is the ECO MODE which enables you to run the oven with reduced power consumption yet maintain a consistent temperature through PID control.
