The Kook-e-King pneumatic bench top wire-cut biscuit depositor will produce up tp 18,000 biscuits per hour. It is similar to the hand model but operated by compressed air to make production effortless. It will work with most biscuit doughs and can handle chocolate chips, raisins or chopped nuts. After use it can all be washed.
