The Baker Perkins Accurist roll divider/moulder combines 5 pocket volumetric dividing head and a moulding section which works on the gyrating cup system. It has a weight range of 21g - 92g and can produce 2,500 - 7,500 rolls per hour. The Accurist can handle fermented, no-time and doughnut doughs, whether plain or fruited.
These robust machines are fitted with a large capacity hopper to reduce frequency of feeding and the hopper is positioned at a height convenient for manual loading.
