The Rondo Cutting Table is manufactured in Stainless Steel and is fitted with belt 3600mm x 650mm wide. This machinhe is the perfect solution for the uniform cutting and make-up of puff, danish, croissant and short pastry. Cutting, depositing, filling, folding and traying-up can be carried out as a continuous process.
Used in conjunction with a Rondo Pastry Roller the finished pastry can be transferred without reeling on to the production line. A self-tensioning cutting mechanism ensures perfect cutting whatever the product shape.
