The Rondo Econom bench model pastry is a compact bench model machine.The Econom can easily sheet out puff pastry, danish and croissant dough, as well as cookie and short bread dough, pies, pizza, yeast dounuts and marzipan. These machines are simple to operate and will fit into the smallest area. After use the conveyor belts can be folded up reducing the length of the machine to just 27.5 inches in resting position.
The roller adjustment is easy and precise. Producing uniform dough sheets for products with higher yields and better uniformity in shape and weight.
