COMTEC 1100The COMTEC hydraulic pie press for moulding pie shells. No more rolling, sheeting, or hand forming dough. The Comtec 1100 forms crusts for pies, tarts, hors d'oeuvres, cheesecake, and quiche, in tins or foils from 1 inch (2.54 cm) to 12 inches (30.48 cm) diameter.
Only one unskilled person is needed to form 350 to 500 perfect crusts an hour, leaving no scrap dough to recover. CE, NSF and USDA approved, and guarded to UK requirements. The COMTEC 1100 pie former will be your favorite piece of equipment in the bakery, and will more than pay for itself in the amount of time and labour it saves you.
