COMTEC 2200The COMTEC 2200 pie press will block and form a lid simulteneously. No more rolling, sheeting, or hand forming dough. The Comtec 2200 forms both halves of a lidded pie simultaneously. In addition, the 2200 makes perfect crusts for tarts, hors d'oeuvres, cheesecake and quiche, in tins or foils from 1 inch (2.54 cm) to 12 inches (30.48 cm) in diameter. Only one unskilled person is needed to form 350 to 500 perfect crusts an hour, leaving no scrap dough to recover. CE, NSF and UL approved, and guarded to UK standards the 2200 will be your favorite piece of equipment in the bakery, and will more than pay for itself in the amount of time and labor it saves you.
