The Merand Diva 20 twenty piece hydraulic divider is available with a round or square dividing box with a capacity from 150g to 1000g.
* HDM hydraulic system reduces the pressure on the dough to retain dough structure in soft doughs.

* Adapress makes two pressure settings available on demand, to adapt for hard and soft dough
* Cycl'auto automates the pressing, dividing, and ejecting cycle to allow the operator to prepare the next dough and speed operation.
