Refiner / Milling Machine CR30

A refiner or milling machine for Afro Caribbean hard dough. Capacity 25Kg dough. The dough travels round the bowl and is passed between two vertical rollers fitted with scrapers. These rollers are not adjustable. The bowl speed is adjusted by a brake.
