The Spraychoc chocolate spray from ICB Tecnologie has been developed for smaller or delicate applications where a chocolate enrober would not be justified. This machine will spray real chocolate or couverture perfectly.
The spraying pressure and product temperature can be adjusted to create special decorative effects such as velvet, snow, granulate, orange peel, dots or stripes.
