Seven Castle SB460 Cooker Mixer

The Seven Castle Cooker-Mixers are gas heated, with a variable speed stirring and scraping mixing action. The bowl also tips for emptying.

The model SB460 has a stainless steel bowl and body. Bowl tip and head lift are hydraulic. It is available in 250l, 350l and 400l capacity.

These machines are ideal for cooking fudges, toffee, and ethnic sweets such as halwa, barfi and gulab jamun.
