Volta
The Volta - an oven combining the efficiency of a rack oven's loading and unloading operation, together with the traditional baking quality of a deck oven. The perfect oven for any type of product, whether it is bread, pastry or confectionery. Two new multiple loading/unloading systems are available, direct baking on the soles (loading/unloading multiple system with setters), or on trays (placed on soleplates by trolley). Trays are loaded by a special trolley and are placed directly on the soles of the oven (patented system), giving a “real” sole effect.
