The bench model pastry roller with conveyor tables is ideal for small bakeries producing puff or short pastry savouries or pies.
The range starts at the model 507 which will handle approximately 5Kg or 12Lb of paste. It has an overall length in use of 1750mm (69") and a depth of 1000mm (39"). The roller length is 500mm. It is available 3 phase or single phase.
Direction is controlled by a two handled lever and thickness is adjusted with a pistol grip so operation is simple.
A 600mm roller length and longer conveyors are also available.
