The Mecnosud DV-20 hydraulic dough divider can handle dough portions up to 17kg. It’s simple to use hydraulic action effortlessly forms 20 equal portions in each cycle.

The DV-20T version has a holder for cutting grids. Interchangeable cutting grids can be used to divider the dough into smaller portions.
