A quality pork pie requires a generous filling of jelly.  The ‘Becketts Jelly Injector’ gives control over the quantity of jelly injected into each pie.

The stainless steel tank has a volume of 19 litres. It is connected to an ‘oil free’ air compressor and a hand held gun with extendable hoses. The system runs from a 240 volt single phase electrical supply.
